Popcorn was a 1972 cover by the band Hot Butter. The song was a cover of the original James Brown instrumental "The Popcorn". Hot Butter's was only one version of the moog sensation. It was covered by Anarchic System, Gershon Kingsley, Jean Michel Jarre (under the pseudonyms of The Popcorn Orchestra and Jamie Jefferson), Arthur Fiedler and the Boston Pops, Unter Null, Richard D.
